Donna Elaine Bettini (Cleveland)
Donna E. Bettini, 74 of Pinehurst passed away at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital on Sunday, November 26 after a long and valiant battle with cancer. Born in Peekskill, NY on May 26, 1943, she was the daughter of David and Olga Cleveland. Her brother David and sister Patricia predeceased her. She retired from IBM after 30years of service to the company and worked throughout Westchester County during that time. Donna and her husband moved to Pinehurst in 1996. She is survived by her husband Richard, of Pinehurst and by her two sisters-in-law, Carmen Karisch of Texas and Karen Cleveland of NY. Donna is also survived by her two nephews, Scott and Craig Karisch of Texas and her niece, Kendra Trueba of Texas, as well as two grandnieces Ava and Emma Trueba and her grandnephew Trevor Karisch of Texas. Donna enjoyed her word seek games and crosswords as well as reading her gossip magazines. She travelled to Italy many times and enjoyed traveling with her husband. A memorial visitation will be Monday from 11 am to 1 pm with a service at the Funeral Home at 1 pm. The interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Charity of your choice.
