Obituary for Anna M. Brown

“And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me: Write. Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea saith the Spirit that, they may rest from their labors; and their works do follow them”. Rev 14:13

Anna May Brown, 84 years old, was born in Aiken, South Carolina, the youngest daughter of John Farrell Brown and Georgianna Wooden Brown, wife of Robert Brown for 35 years, passed away after a long illness on September 13, 2016.

The family relocated to Mt. Vernon, NY in the summer of 1934, Anna was two years old. Anna began her formal education in the city of Mt. Vernon, NY.
She graduated from Edison Vocational and Technical High School. She continued her education and graduated from Monroe School of Business and Westchester Business Institute in Westchester County.
