Vincent Mario D’Amico MD, a Hartsdale resident, died November 14, 2017 at the age of 75. He was born March 23, 1942 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Antonio and Grace D’Amico.
On August 26, 1967 he married Mary Mullin in Plainfield, NJ.
Dr. D’Amico was an Obstetrician/Gynecologist at White Plains Hospital for the past 44 years.
He is survived by his wife Mary, of Hartsdale, his children, Michael Anthony D’Amico and his wife Danielle of Charlotte, VTand Matthew Morris D’Amico and his wife Jennifer of Hartsdale, NY and his 5 grandchildren, Alexander R. D’Amico, Sebastian A. D’Amico, Natalie F. D’Amico, Luke V. D’Amico and Sophia C. D’Amico.
In addition to his two sons and 5 grandchildren, Dr. D’Amico helped bring thousands of children into the world. His joy was found in his family and his patients and their families. These were Dr. D’Amico’s life work and he committed everything he had to them.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, November 18th at the Woman's Club of White Plains from 12:00 to 3:00pm.
